PRODUCT ORIGIN AND CONDITION

We only sell genuine, original manufacturer, licensed products exactly the same as you would find in a retail store. NO pirate, bootleg, Asian or illegal copies. Unless otherwise specified all items we sell are brand new and guaranteed free of defects. If you have any problems see our returns policy.

• International Buyers - we have thousands of customers world-wide that we have supplied over the eight years we have been in business - you can be confident your item will arrive and in good order and condition, but please check that your equipment can play the DVDs we supply before buying. Most of the DVDs we supply are PAL format (unless stated otherwise) - USA and Canada usually have only NTSC format equipment so will not be able to play our DVDs.
• Packaged with care - our shipping price includes careful and secure packaging using high quality materials - no flimsy envelopes or loose items that risk your purchase - ensuring it arrives safely and undamaged.
• Flexible return policy - if you made a mistake we are happy to accommodate you. All purchases include a 14 day money back guarantee (see our returns policy for details).
• Fair postage rate - Additional items purchased from us in the one order are only charged a small extra fee for each extra item for postage and handling. Simply purchase each item, and when you have completed all of your purchases use the Checkout option which will automatically discount your postage.

HOW TO GET YOUR DISCOUNT SHIPPING?

1. Select Your Purchases - use the Add To Cart option for each item you want to purchase - do not pay or checkout until you have purchased every item in your order.
2. Checkout - once you have purchased every item in your order then use the checkout which will automatically discount your postage costs.
3. Make Your Payment -  you are eligible to receive 2% cash back on your first purchase and 3% cash back on subsequent purchases for life when paying with PayPal, or you can use Bank Deposit or mail us a Money Order - details are provided in your checkout form.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

Whilst we make every attempt to ensure every item we offer is in stock, from time to time an item may become out of stock due to sales on other sites. We will place the item on 'back order' with our suppliers for despatch as soon as it is available.

RETURNS

Customer satisfaction is primary in our business and we realise from time to time a customer may wish to return a product after purchase. Each item is sold with a full money back guarantee (excluding shipping & handling charges) if unopened within 14 days.

In the unlikely event that an item is found to have manufacturing faults, or has been incorrectly sent, please notify us and we will provide a reply paid return address (no postage cost for you) and will gladly replace it once we receive the item back from you. Claims for faulty merchandise need to be made within 7 days of receipt/delivery.

If you choose registered shipping, we will replace any items lost, stolen or damaged in the postal mail after the minimum transit time has elapsed (15 days for domestic, 30 days for international). MgrCentral accepts no liability for loss, damage, or consequential loss whatsoever resulting from or due to the use of uninsured postal methods. If you are concerned about the possibilty of loss or damage, please choose registered mail.

REGIONS & FORMATS

Please carefully check the Region code and video format of any item before bidding on it to ensure you will be able to play it. Opened items are not accepted for return simply because you did not read the region coding and format information provided.

Region 4 (PAL) DVDs and Region ALL (PAL) DVDs will play on ANY DVD player purchased in Australia or New Zealand. Other countries will need a multi-region capable DVD player and a PAL compatible TV. 

Region 1 (NTSC) DVDs will play on ANY DVD player purchased in the U.S.A and Canada. Australia and other countries will require a multi-region capable dvd player, and an NTSC compatible TV.

Region 2 (PAL) DVDs will play on ANY DVD player purchased in the United Kingdom and most players purchased in Europe.  Australia and other countries will require a multi-region capable DVD player.

Region ALL (PAL) DVDs will play on most DVD players worldwide. United States and Canada will require a PAL capable TV.

Most recent dvd players and televisions are capable of displaying both PAL and NTSC formats, and most DVD players can be made multi-region by doing a Google search for the make and model and following the instructions to make it multi-region. If you are unsure please check the manuals for your dvd player and television.
